１．ロシア東部で攻勢強化

【感想】
戦争の報道はうんざり。
２．南アの災害

南アのダーバンで大雨による洪水で死者440人以上。政府は非常事態宣言。
【感想】
気候変動は弱者に深刻な影響を与える。被害を受けたのは掘っ建て小屋が並ぶ貧民居住エリアという。
３．ミャンマーでの医療崩壊
【記事要旨】
国軍が反政府医師や医療従事者を拘束し、ミャンマーの医療は崩壊している。
【感想】
手術が出来ず亡くなる患者が多いという。危険な国だ。
